Community transformation through the power of the gospel

Love God | Love People | Preach the Gospel | Make Disciples

Our ministry philosophy embodies how we see people

love | acceptance | redemption | journey

We will love all people as God loves them. We do this because it is what Jesus has taught us to do. We do this with the supernatural love of God that he has placed in our hearts. We do this to truly represent the love of God to the people of our world.

Matthew 22:37-39, NLT, “37 Jesus replied, “ You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’

We will accept people where they’re at in life’s journey, understanding that all people have sinned and need salvation, healing and a wholeness journey.

Romans 3:23, NLT, “For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard."

2 Cor 5:16, NLT, “So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now!”

We will be redemptive in our relationships with people, seeking to lead them to Jesus, to his salvation, and to his transforming power.

Romans 8:29, NLT, “For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters."

2 Cor 3:18, NLT, “So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image."

We will walk the Jesus journey with people who want to walk the Jesus journey. We will not walk the world’s journey with people who want us to walk that journey with them!

Matthew 8:22, NLT, “…Jesus told him, ‘Follow me…”

Matthew 10:14, NLT, “If any household or town refuses to welcome you or listen to your message, shake its dust from your feet as you leave."
