I wanted to take this opportunity to share some important updates and insights in a format that allows me to expand on our vision in a more detailed way than what is possible from the platform. Activate Conference
🚀 Activate Conference is Just Around the Corner! 🚀
I can't begin to tell you how excited I am for all that God is already doing and about to do in us. The name ACTIVATE is not just a random choice; I felt it was given to me prophetically for our church and the incredible work God is set to accomplish within His people.
This conference will focus on unlocking the God-given potential in all of us, especially those areas in our lives that have sat dormant for too long. It's a chance for us to come together, reignite our faith, and step boldly into our divine purpose.

As we gear up for the Activate Conference, we are calling for a powerful church-wide fast to prepare our hearts for all that God is about to do among us. If you are believing for a breakthrough in your life, then fasting coupled with prayer is one of the most potent spiritual weapons we have. It’s a time to deny ourselves and seek God wholeheartedly for His divine purposes.

Miracle Offering Update
Thank you to everyone who has generously given to our “Building Together” Miracle Offering. It was an honor to share our Kingdom Vision, Mission, and Strategy with the church. Our focus for this offering is simple yet profoundly impactful: Gather, Grow, and Go.
GATHER: Family > Facilities > Expansion
GROW: Ministries > Discipleship > Equipping
GO: Outreach > Missions > Planting
Each of these areas holds tremendous potential for Kingdom impact. By understanding their significance, we can truly transform lives and our community.
GATHER: Let's create spaces where families can connect and our church can expand.
GROW: Let’s deepen our ministries, discipleship, and equip believers for their God-given purposes.
GO: Let's reach out, support missions, and plant new works for God's glory.
As we move forward, we believe in balanced growth across these areas. Our new auditorium will be a focal point, but it’s crucial to remember that the building is just a vehicle to achieve His Kingdom's work. It must always serve the vision, not become the vision.
We acknowledge the challenging times we're living in. With the rising cost of living, many family budgets are stretched thin, and people are feeling the pressure. Yet, your willingness to give above and beyond the tithe is a powerful statement of faith. By investing in His House, you trust that God will take care of your house and supply all your needs according to His glorious riches.
So far, through lump sums and pledged amounts coming in weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
We have received $18,300 so far, with a further $12,000 of pledges to come in, making a total of $30,300.

Currently, with our planning permit and consultant reports complete, we are putting the project out to tender for builders to provide pricing for Stage One works. As we receive clearer direction, we will keep you updated on our progress.
The Next Generation
🌟 Investing in Our Future! 🌟
We all know how vital our kids and youth are to the future of our church. That's why we've made significant investments in these ministry areas over the years. Thanks to your generosity and our fundraising efforts, it's clear that our congregation is fully behind these initiatives.
Strengthening Sunday Gatherings for Families
One of our key focuses has been creating a more family-friendly environment during our Sunday gatherings. As a church that loves to come together, we see this as a huge strength and want to build on it.
Previously, we had a playground for preschoolers, but nothing for primary and youth kids to do after the service. Now, we’ve established a dedicated youth hangout space with easy access to a pool/air hockey table and other fun activities to keep them entertained.
We've also created a temporary basketball area for primary-aged kids and youth. This new space has already become a hit, offering another great way for them to connect and have fun at church.
Creating Spaces for Connection and Safety
These new spaces are crucial for fostering family connections and ensuring everyone feels safe and welcomed. By providing these areas, we’re enhancing the flow and experience of our gatherings and youth and kids program.
Adapting to Current Needs
We initially set aside raised funds for a potential youth bus to pick up kids. However, after discussions with our ministry leaders, it was clear that these funds would be more impactful if redirected towards quality items that can be used now. As a result, we’ve invested in a pool/air hockey table, a soccer table, soccer goals, and a basketball hoop and area.
These additions give our kids and youth more opportunities to have fun and build relationships, all while growing in their faith.
Looking Forward with Vision and Growth
We’re excited about the margin these areas have for growth and the opportunities they provide. As we move forward, we believe in even greater impact and growth in our kids and youth ministries.

Church Eldership
I want to share an update on our church's Eldership. Earlier this year, we announced that Jeanette Moorhouse and Lindsay Stokes would join Matt Bowles as our elders. I am deeply grateful to each of them for stepping into such a significant and needed role within our church.
Today, I need to inform you that Lindsay has decided to step aside from his role as Elder in this current season. Lindsay, we thank you for initially saying yes and for the strength and wisdom you have brought to our church.
